Dynamic Predictables releases to the public monthly 30-day mean temperature and cumulative precipitation
predictions on the Tuesday prior to the third Thursday of each preceding month. Graphics with pattern and trend information for the United States NCDC climate divisions can be viewed at: http://www.dynamicpredictables.com
November 2008 temperatures will be seasonal west of the Mississippi with pockets of warm in central and upper
Great Plains. The east will be cooler than usual.
November 2008 precipitation will be seasonal east of the Mississippi River and west of the Plains. Conditions
will be drier than usual from Lake Michigan to Montana and down the Plains to the Gulf.
All areas have a prediction. There is no default to climatology (EC), i.e. an equal likelihood of
ABOVE AVERAGE, NEAR AVERAGE, and BELOW AVERAGE.**
