November 2008 temperatures will be seasonal west of the Mississippi with pockets of warm in central and upper Great Plains. The east will be cooler than usual.

November 2008 precipitation will be seasonal east of the Mississippi River and west of the Plains. Conditions will be drier than usual from Lake Michigan to Montana and down the Plains to the Gulf.
