unpredictable. Dynamic Predictables makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the results obtained from the use of its services. Dynamic Predictables shall not be liable for the accuracy of its predictions,
promise, or omissions. Dynamic Predictables can not be held liable for any claim or losses of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, punitive damages, or consequential damages from a third party.
It is hereby agreed that the maximum cumulative liability of Dynamic Predictables under this agreement, in all events and as to all persons, shall not exceed the actual amount paid to Dynamic Predictables for the
service provided hereunder.
